Innovation & Growth Leadership Summit - February 27-28 in Phoenix, Arizona

One of the toughest challenges facing executives today – especially in large, established firms – is deciding where to grow and how much to risk. Which new opportunities are most promising? How do you best leverage resources? Balance big bets with bread-and-butter? In other words, what will move the needle.

Getting it right has never been more difficult – or more vital. This is particularly true in fast-moving industries such as consumer packaged goods (CPG) and food & beverage (F&B) where intense pressure on margins requires more than cost control and incremental innovation. Bottom line results are not enough. It’s the top line that gets you ahead.

Top line growth is therefore the focus of this year’s Innovation & Growth Leadership Summit, to be held February 27-28, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona. Chaired and facilitated by Cheryl Perkins, President and founder of Innovationedge, the Summit brings together industry leaders responsible for accelerating revenue – both now and long-range -- through innovative new products/services, market growth, partnerships/acquisitions, and geographic expansion.

The format is designed for deep discussion and forward action planning. Topics to be explored include:

  • Macro trends and where the future is headed; identifying the best opportunities and white space for your organization.
  • Finding the right problem(s) to solve.
  • Critical enablers that must be carefully managed – process and culture
  • Identifying untapped needs and translating to a business proposition.
  • The changing role of R&D; what you need to know - and do - to succeed.

and more, based on participants’ goals and challenges.

Speakers include Rebecca Chesney, Research Director, Institute for the Future (IFTF); Fabienne Jacquet, VP Strategic Insights, International Flavors & Fragrances; Herman So, Vice President, Kent Corporation; Dennis Reimer, President, Midwest Specialty Products; Anna Husk, Global Insights Director, Professional Products Division, The Clorox Company; Pete Dulcamara, Vice President, Corporate Research & Engineering, Kimberly-Clark Corporation; Jen Faigel, Executive Director and Co-Founder CommonWealth Kitchen; Pat Clusman, COO, Innovationedge, and others to be announced.
