Boston Scientific’s Ken
Brown Recognized as Overall Winner of Management Roundtable’s 2006
Product Development and R&D MVP Award

product developers, has announced the selection of
Kenneth J. Brown as the
overall winner of its Second Annual Product Development and R&D MVP
Award. Brown, Senior Manager, Design Assurance, Interventional
Cardiology Division at Boston Scientific Corporation, Maple Grove,
Minnesota, was recognized for his achievements in leading Boston
Scientific’s Lean Product Development initiative and for his impact on
the organization at several different levels, including cultural and
financial. He will be honored at a special ceremony and networking
reception on November 7, 2006, in Chicago, at Management Roundtable’s

the Second Annual Product Development and R&D MVP Awards.
The MVP awards program recognizes US-based
industry practitioners in the field of product development or R&D who
have implemented new methods, improved processes, achieved results and
then openly shared their knowledge with others.
The 2006 panel of judges is comprised of
five different experts in product development and R&D; each of these
individuals has been involved in the field for over 20 years.

managerial accomplishments as well as deep expertise in innovation and

product developers, announces its Call for Nominations for the Second
Annual Product Development and R&D MVP Awards.
The MVP awards program recognizes US-based industry practitioners in the
field of product development or R&D who have implemented new methods,
improved processes, achieved results and then openly shared their
knowledge with others.
Nominations are being sought from all industries, at all levels of the
organization. Both peer-based and self-nominations will be accepted; the
nomination form can be downloaded from the MVP
awards website. The deadline for
