Judging Criteria
The 2006 MVP Award
finalists and overall winner will be
selected by an independent judging panel of product development
experts. The independent judging panel will be selected by
Management Roundtable to represent a cross-section of highly
respected product development and metrics expertise. Judging
selection will be based upon a combination of the following
criteria:

Impact of efforts in achieving company goals
-
Ability to motivate others and/or lead a team
-
Ability to overcome obstacles; commitment to goals
-
Created significant organizational change and progress
-
Willingness to share learnings and experiences with others
-
Applicability of learnings to the product development and R&D
community
-
Demonstration of R&D value in measurable terms
-
Uniqueness of approach(es) used
The MVP award will be given
to an individual whose contribution in any one or more of these
dimensions has been significant. Selection results, other than the
finalists and winner, will be held confidential by Management
Roundtable and non-winners will not be notified. Selection will be
made solely on the basis of accomplishments and without regard to
sex, race, or religion of the nominees. Selection by the judging
panel and is final and not subject to review.
Selection and notification of the
2006 MVP Awards finalists will be made on or about August 14, 2006,
with overall winner notified on or around September 29, 2006.
Verification of acceptance will be completed on or about October 6,
2006.
