Management Roundtable is proud
to announce the second annual call for nominations for the 2006
Product Development and R&D MVP Awards.
This award was established in 2005 to honor individuals who have
demonstrated outstanding leadership and made significant
contributions in advancing the field of product development and R&D
performance measurement. The awards are expressly for industry
practitioners who have implemented new methods, improved processes,
achieved results and openly shared knowledge with others.
Nominees must be US-based
practitioners in the field of R&D or product development who meet
the following award criteria:

Applied new concepts, methods and models for measurement to
raise R&D productivity and performance.

Led
metrics implementation and process improvement efforts across
teams, functions, and/or geographies.

Shared knowledge about key practices, metrics, and results both
inside and outside their organization
-
Demonstrated long-term commitment to continuous, reciprocal
learning
Four
Finalists will be selected and recognized; from these finalists, one
overall winner will be chosen based on his/her accomplishments in
any or all of these dimensions. The
overall winner is selected by an independent panel of judges and
Management Roundtable.
We are pleased to honor this
dedicated and talented individual at Management Roundtable's
11th
Annual Conference on Product Development Metrics: Assess, Predict
and Foster Innovation, to be held in Chicago on November 6-8, 2006.
The winners contribution will also be acknowledged to his/her
senior management and the national press to underscore the
importance and value of R&D and product development.
