Team Discounts:
Groups of 3 or more may deduct $100 per person. Groups of 6 or

General Dates
and Times:
Optional pre-conference workshops are offered on
November 6th
(lunch will be provided). The 2-day conference will begin at
8:00am and end at approximately 6:45pm on
November 7. Day two of the conference will
begin at 7:00am on November 8and will adjourn
at approximately 3:00pm. Please consult the
conference agenda for specifics
and the most up-to-date schedule reflecting changes and adjustments.

Cancellations/Substitutions:
You may send a substitute attendee in your place at any time

business days are subject to a $200 administration fee or the full fee can be credited
