Team Discounts:
Groups of 3 or more may deduct $100 per person. Groups of 6 or

Dates:
The 2-day conference will begin at 8:00 am (registration and continental breakfast at 7:00
am) on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 and will adjourn
at approximately 3:15 pm on
Wednesday, November 9, 2005. Optional
pre-conference workshops are offered on
Monday, November 7th from 8:00 am –
4:30 pm. Please consult the
