Dates:
The conference will begin at 8:00 am (registration and continental breakfast at 7:00 am) on October 29, 2002 and will adjourn at 2:45 pm on October 30, 2002. Optional pre-conference workshops are offered on Monday, October 28 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Conference Fee:
