TEXT ADS - (The Critical
Path - E-mail Distribution) - Textual advertisements are accepted for the e-mail
version of The Critical Path Newsletter at a rate of $1200 per issue. The
newsletter is distributed via direct e-mail to approximately 3200 subscribers each month
and has been found to have tremendous "pass along" potential.
Advertising space on the e-mail version of TCP is limited to two (2) sponsor text
advertisements per issue, one directly above article one and one directly above the top
ten list. Placements are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. No
advertising is accepted for the space above the masthead and table of contents of the
e-mail version.
Advertising copy is subject to approval of the publisher and must be no longer than 100
words (URL strings qualify as 1 word, regardless of length), although we strongly
recommend sponsors limit ad copy to less than 50 words.

BANNER ADS - (The Critical
Path - Web Edition) Graphical and animated banner ads for the web edition of The
Critical Path Newsletter are available either in conjunction with text based ads in
the e-mailed version of the newsletter or stand alone. The flat rate for banner ads
is $1000/per issue or $1800/per issue in conjunction with a text ad in the e-mail version.
Advertising space for the web edition is limited to four (4) sponsor banner advertisements
per issue, and can be placed at the top of any of the first five articles and/or at the
very top of each issue (above the TCP masthead) - to a maximum of four ads total per issue
of the web edition. Placements are determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
Average # of accesses to the web version are 1400 hits per month and remain available on
our server with your ad indefinitely.
Advertising copy and graphical images are subject to approval of the publisher.
Banner ads must be no larger than 468w x 60h pixels with file sizes of approximately
250-350 kb.
